VIP Dinner At The Virginia Fly Fishing Festival

The 8th Annual Virginia Fly Fishing Festival VIP Dinner will be held on April 19 at Fairfax Hall. Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 pm; dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. This event draws fly anglers, guides, company representatives, and fly fishing luminaries from across the Old Dominion; last year’s dinner sold out, and we expect this year’s event to do the same. It is at this dinner that the festival committee highlights its past progress toward conservation goals on the South River and casts a vision for the future conservation issues facing Virginia.

We are pleased to have Dominion, a Richmond-based energy company,

returning again as this year’s VIP Dinner Sponsor. The VIP Dinner is open to

one and all, though seating is limited and reservations must be paid in full in

advance. This is your chance to spend a relaxing evening with anglers, festival

vendors, industry leaders, and conservationists of all stripes. The Festival VIP

Dinner is also where the Virginia Fly Angler of the Year Award winner is announced.

The cost of the VIP Dinner is $35 per person and includes an all-you-can-eat buffet, soft drinks, and gratuity.
